Often, Individuals try to choose the best feasible option but sometimes, they don’t succeed in doing so. They make mistakes. Also, market exchange makes psychological factors cease matter many even for markets.
 In contrast traditional assumption of neoclassical economics that individuals are rational Homooeconomici, always seek maximize their utility and follow “true” preferences, research behavioural has demonstrated people’s judgments decisions often subject systematic biases heuristics, strongly dependent on context decision.
 The insights from (BE) now a well-established feature consumer policy. Today, fields health behaviour pension saving, investment food choice, sustainable consumption design warning signs, empirical theoretical BE have become cornerstone understanding behaviour, helping inform policymakers how nudge people better, smarter, healthier more choices (World Bank, 2014). is concerned with question actually behave decision-making situations can be improved so consumers’ welfare enhanced.
